Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information VideoAnalyzerAI collects, how it is used, and the choices and rights available to you. Last updated September 5, 2026.

1. Who We Are

VideoAnalyzerAI is operated by Smart Accessories LLC (“VideoAnalyzerAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the VideoAnalyzerAI website, web application, and desktop application (together, the “Service”).

2. Information This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Service and through your interactions with our customer support. It does not apply to third party websites, applications, or services that may be linked from the Service, which are governed by their own privacy policies — see “Third Party Websites and Services” below.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information in connection with the Service:

  • Account information, such as your email address, handled through our authentication provider.
  • Content you submit, including reference videos, reference images, and Creator Direction text you provide.
  • Generated content, including the analysis and recreation results produced for your account.
  • Payment and billing information, limited to what our payment processor and our systems need to reflect your purchases, credit balance, and subscription status (see “Payment Processing” below).
  • Technical and usage information, such as device and browser information, log data, and IP address, used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
  • Communications you send us, such as support requests.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating your analysis and recreation results.
  • Create and maintain your account, and track your credit balance and subscription status.
  • Process purchases and subscription payments.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and security incidents, including through the automated rate-limiting safeguards we use to protect the Service.
  • Understand and improve how the Service is used, subject to your cookie choices described below.
  • Communicate with you about the Service, including transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing communications.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements with you.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires it (including for individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we process personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract, to provide the Service you request and manage your account.
  • Legitimate interests, to secure the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, and maintain and improve our product, balanced against your rights and interests.
  • Consent, for analytics cookies and, where required, marketing communications — which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Legal obligation, where we must process information to comply with applicable law.

6. Video, Audio, Image, and Creator Content

When you use the Service, you may upload a reference video (which may include an audio track), an optional reference image, and free-text Creator Direction instructions. This content is processed to generate the analysis and recreation results associated with your account, and is retained with your account as described in “Data Retention” below. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the necessary rights to upload and process it, including where it depicts other people — see “Information You Submit About Other People” below.

7. Assisted Processing Technologies

Certain VideoAnalyzerAI features use third party technologies to assist with analysis, processing, or generation of results. Depending on the feature you use, information you submit to the Service — such as your uploaded video, audio, reference image, or Creator Direction text — may be processed by technology providers acting on our behalf to produce the descriptive analysis and creative recreation content you see in your results. We do not use these technologies to identify or verify the real-world identity of any individual depicted in your content.

8. Third Party Service Providers

We rely on a limited number of service providers to operate the Service, each processing information only as necessary to perform its role on our behalf and subject to appropriate contractual protections:

  • Supabase — we use Supabase for certain authentication, database, storage, and related infrastructure services.
  • OpenAI — we use OpenAI for certain assisted processing and generation functions.
  • Stripe — we use Stripe for payment processing, subscriptions, billing, and related financial services.
  • Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand website and product usage, measure performance, and improve our services.

We may add, remove, or change service providers from time to time as the Service evolves.

9. Advertising and Marketing

We may use advertising, marketing, attribution, analytics, and social media platforms to promote VideoAnalyzerAI, measure advertising performance, understand campaign effectiveness, and reach potential users. These providers may include platforms operated by companies such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other advertising or marketing providers we may use from time to time. Where use of such a platform requires your consent under applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice and request that consent before enabling it.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a first-party consent banner to control optional cookies and similar technologies. Analytics storage is denied by default: no analytics cookies are set until you choose “Accept Analytics.” Choosing “Decline” keeps analytics denied and does not affect your ability to use the Service. You can change your choice at any time using “Manage Cookies” in the site footer. Your preference is stored in your browser only, not on our servers. Where we use any of the advertising or marketing platforms described above, and applicable law requires consent for the cookies or similar technologies they use, we will extend this consent mechanism to cover them before they are enabled.

11. Analytics

Subject to your cookie choice, we use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used — for example, which pages are visited and how the site performs — and to measure and improve our services. Our implementation does not send Google Analytics your name, email address, uploaded video or image content, Creator Direction text, or generated analysis or recreation content.

12. Payment Processing

Credit-pack and subscription purchases are processed by Stripe. VideoAnalyzerAI does not receive or store your raw card details — Stripe handles checkout directly on its own hosted payment pages, and we retain only what is needed to identify your Stripe customer record and reflect your purchase, credit balance, and subscription status in your account.

13. How We Share Information

We may disclose information:

  • With the service providers described above, to the extent necessary for them to perform their function.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our assets, subject to the protections of this Policy continuing to apply.
  • To comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VideoAnalyzerAI, our users, or others.
  • With your consent, or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information. To the extent we use an advertising or marketing platform as described in “Advertising and Marketing” above, that activity may be considered “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws; where applicable, you may exercise the rights described in “California Privacy Rights” below.

14. International Processing and Transfers

VideoAnalyzerAI and the service providers described above may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside, including the United States. Where applicable law requires it — for example, for transfers of personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — we and our service providers take steps designed to ensure information receives an adequate level of protection, including through the use of standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable law.

15. Data Retention

We retain your account, uploaded content, and analysis and recreation results for as long as your account is active, so you can return to your past work. We do not automatically discard uploaded content immediately after analysis. Payment and transaction records are retained for as long as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and other legal or compliance purposes. Following account closure, we may retain certain information for a reasonable period where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, subject to applicable law.

16. Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support@videoanalyzerai.com. We will process such requests subject to applicable law. We may need to retain certain information after a deletion request — for example, transaction records required for accounting or legal compliance, or information needed to prevent fraud or abuse.

17. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@videoanalyzerai.com. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

18. European Economic Area and United Kingdom Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, applicable data protection law gives you the following rights in relation to your personal information, in each case subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in that law:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • The right to erasure of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • The right to restrict our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • The right to data portability, to receive certain personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • The right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including for direct marketing.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority, or with the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are in the United Kingdom.

See “Legal Bases for Processing” above for the bases on which we process your information.

19. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), gives you the following rights, subject to applicable law:

  • The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the categories of sources, purposes, and third parties involved.
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information; see “Advertising and Marketing” above regarding activity that may be considered “sharing.”
  • The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
  • The right to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, as permitted by law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@videoanalyzerai.com.

20. Marketing Communications

We may send you transactional and service-related communications necessary to operate your account and the Service; these are not optional while you maintain an account. Where we send promotional or marketing communications, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages or by contacting support@videoanalyzerai.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to your account.

21. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable age without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information, subject to applicable law.

22. Sensitive Information in User Content

Your uploaded video, audio, or reference image may depict identifiable individuals, including yourself, and other visual or audio characteristics that could be considered sensitive under applicable law. We do not use this content to identify or verify the real-world identity of any individual. Please do not upload content containing sensitive personal information about others without the necessary rights or consent, and please avoid submitting content such as government identification documents, financial account details, or health information, as the Service is not designed to process this type of information.

23. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls that restrict data to your own account and processing payment details exclusively through Stripe rather than handling them ourselves. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

24. Data Breaches and Security Incidents

If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will investigate and take appropriate steps to address it, and will notify affected individuals and, where required, relevant regulators, in each case as and to the extent required by applicable law.

25. Automated Processing and Decisions

Producing your analysis and recreation results involves automated processing of the content you submit. This processing generates creative and descriptive output for your own use — it is not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you, such as decisions about eligibility, credit, or employment. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output the Service generates.

26. Third Party Websites and Services

The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, third party websites and services that we do not control, including our payment processor's hosted checkout pages. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third party websites and services, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

27. Information You Submit About Other People

If a video or image you upload includes other identifiable individuals, you represent that you have the necessary rights and, where required by applicable law, the appropriate consent to submit that content for processing through the Service. We process such content solely to provide the Service to you and not to build profiles about the third parties depicted.

28. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as VideoAnalyzerAI evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and take reasonable steps to communicate the change, such as posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

29. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, contact us at support@videoanalyzerai.com.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. No analytics cookies are set until you accept. See our Privacy Policy for details.
