Terms of Service

By creating an account or using VideoAnalyzerAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the service.

VideoAnalyzerAI is an AI-powered tool with two workflows. Video → Recreate analyzes a reference video you upload — its concept, structure, visual style, and scene-by-scene composition — and produces a Recreation Bible you can use to make your own version. Text → Video turns a video idea you describe, optionally with up to three reference images, into a Creation Bible. Both produce production plans, creative direction, and image and video generation prompts. VideoAnalyzerAI does not generate the finished video: you use the prompts in the creation tools of your choice.

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials reasonably secure, including the Google account you use if you sign in with Google. You may start using VideoAnalyzerAI with a trial session before creating a permanent account; either way, the information you provide should be accurate.

You're responsible for the content you submit — reference videos, reference images, video ideas you describe, and Creator Direction text — and for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit it and have it processed, including any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of others, such as people who appear in it. Don't submit content you don't have the right to use, or content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

Use VideoAnalyzerAI for its intended purpose — analyzing and recreating video content you have the rights to, and planning videos from your own ideas. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, and don't use it to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Your analysis, Recreation Bible or Creation Bible, scenes, and prompts are generated by AI based on the content you provide — your reference video or video idea, any reference images, and any Creator Direction. This output is a creative starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy, originality, or that any resulting image/video you generate elsewhere is free of third-party rights — you're responsible for how you use it.

VideoAnalyzerAI can format prompts for third-party creation tools, such as Google Flow, Higgsfield, Seedance, and Kling. These are prompt formats, not integrations: VideoAnalyzerAI doesn't send your content to those tools, and whether and how you use a prompt there is up to you. Those tools are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies, which govern your use of them.

VideoAnalyzerAI runs on credits. New accounts get one free analysis and a separate one-time grant of free credits (currently 5). The free analysis is one per account, can be used in either Video → Recreate or Text → Video, and isn't reset by signing up — if you used it in a trial session before creating your account, that was your free analysis. After that, credits fund AI-backed actions like running an analysis or generating a Creation Bible, applying a Creator Direction, and adding or modifying a scene; removing a scene and adapting prompts to a creation tool are free. Credit packs are one-time purchases and, under the current pricing model, purchased credits do not expire. Current credit costs, pricing, and packages are shown on our Pricing page.

Subscription plans grant a fresh batch of credits each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Unused subscription credits roll over according to the rollover terms shown on the Pricing page for your plan.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, but your subscription — and the credits already granted for the current period — remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Cancelling doesn't remove your access immediately, and it doesn't by itself refund the current billing period.

You retain your rights to the reference material and ideas you submit. VideoAnalyzerAI doesn't claim ownership of your submitted content or of the analyses, Bibles, and prompts generated for you; we use it only to provide the service to you. You're responsible for how you use the generated prompts and any content you create with them elsewhere.

VideoAnalyzerAI is provided on an as-available basis. Features, pricing, and the underlying AI processing may change over time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.

VideoAnalyzerAI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any analysis or generated content for a particular purpose. Use your own judgment before relying on or publishing anything produced with it.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using VideoAnalyzerAI at any time. Termination doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund — see the Refunds section above.

We may update VideoAnalyzerAI and these terms as the product evolves. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
