Terms of Service

By creating an account or using VideoAnalyzerAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the service.

VideoAnalyzerAI is an AI-powered tool that analyzes a reference video you upload — its concept, structure, visual style, and scene-by-scene composition — and produces a recreation plan, including image and video generation prompts, that you can use to make your own version.

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials reasonably secure. You may start using VideoAnalyzerAI with a trial session before creating a permanent account; either way, the information you provide should be accurate.

You're responsible for the reference videos and reference images you upload, and for having the rights necessary to upload and analyze them. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

Use VideoAnalyzerAI for its intended purpose — analyzing and recreating video content you have the rights to. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, and don't use it to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Your analysis, Recreation Bible, scenes, and prompts are generated by AI based on the video (and any Creator Direction) you provide. This output is a creative starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy, originality, or that any resulting image/video you generate elsewhere is free of third-party rights — you're responsible for how you use it.

VideoAnalyzerAI runs on credits. Every new account gets one free analysis; after that, credits fund actions like running an analysis, applying a Creator Direction, and adding or modifying a scene — removing a scene is always free. Credit packs are one-time purchases and, under the current pricing model, purchased credits do not expire. Current pricing and packages are shown on our Pricing page.

Subscription plans grant a fresh batch of credits each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Unused subscription credits roll over according to the rollover terms shown on the Pricing page for your plan.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, but your subscription — and the credits already granted for the current period — remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Cancelling doesn't remove your access immediately, and it doesn't by itself refund the current billing period.

Credit-pack and subscription purchases are refundable on a case-by-case basis — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. To request a refund, contact support@videoanalyzerai.com.

You retain your rights to the reference material you upload. VideoAnalyzerAI doesn't claim ownership of your uploaded content or of the analysis and recreation material generated for you; we use it only to provide the service to you. You're responsible for how you use the generated prompts and any content you create with them elsewhere.

VideoAnalyzerAI is provided on an as-available basis. Features, pricing, and the underlying AI processing may change over time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.

VideoAnalyzerAI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any analysis or generated content for a particular purpose. Use your own judgment before relying on or publishing anything produced with it.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using VideoAnalyzerAI at any time. Termination doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund — see the Refunds section above.

We may update VideoAnalyzerAI and these terms as the product evolves. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
