How refunds and subscription cancellations work for VideoAnalyzerAI credit purchases and subscriptions. Last updated August 26, 2026.
Credit purchases
Credit-pack purchases are refundable on a case-by-case basis — we don't guarantee that every request will be approved, but we do review each one.
To request a refund, contact support@videoanalyzerai.com. Please reach out as soon as possible — requests are generally expected within 14 days of the purchase.
If the credits from a purchase have already been substantially used, any refund may be reduced or declined based on how much of the service has already been consumed.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are investigated and corrected where appropriate — let us know and we'll look into it.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your subscription — including the credits already granted for the current period — stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; cancelling doesn't remove your access immediately.
Cancelling a subscription doesn't automatically refund the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@videoanalyzerai.com and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis, the same as a credit-pack refund request.
